We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, advertisers, manufacturers and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

Sharing your information

There are certain circumstances where we may share your Personal Information and/or Other Information with third parties without notice to you, including:

  • Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties. We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. We may also share your information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, or other companies under common control with us.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect and defend our rights or property, (c) protect the personal safety of users of the Website or the public, or (d) protect against legal liability.
  • Business Transfers. As we develop our business, we might share your information with Providers, business partners or third parties. We may also sell or buy businesses or assets. • Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to help us collect Other Information and to enhance your experience using the Website. If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer. Please consult your Internet browser’s documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, the Website may not function properly and you may be precluded from using the Services. This Privacy Policy covers only Cookies used by us, and not any cookies used by third parties.
  • JavaScript tags trigger a sequence of events that includes viewing a first-party cookie (or setting that cookie if it does not already exist). We may use JavaScript tags to help us tailor and optimize our Website and provide you relevant Catfishii advertisements outside of our Website.
  • Web beacons, also known as “clear gif” technology, are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web site users. We may use web beacons to help us manage User Generated Content on the Website by tracking what User Generated Content is effective.
